  What are the Exhibit Hall Hours? Monday 7:00 a.m.-12:00 noon; Tuesday 7:00 a.m.-12:00 noon, 6:30 – 7:30 p.m.; Wednesday 7:00 a.m.-12:00 noon __________________________________________________________________________ When do we set up and take down? You will be able to set up your booth on Sunday, July 13 at 3:00 p.m. and take down on Wednesday, July 16 from 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m. __________________________________________________________________________ How are Booth Assignments made? Booths are assigned according to the date the application and deposit is received in the Academy office. __________________________________________________________________________ Can we attend the CME Sessions? You are welcome to attend the CME sessions, if other representatives cover your booth. Please allow all registrants to be seated and take an extra seat. __________________________________________________________________________ How can I get an extra garbage can, longer table, or extra chair? Convention Display Services will send the contact person for you company a packet of information. In the packet you can request extra table or chairs, a different size table, etc. Convention Display Services will be glad to take any display items to the convention location. __________________________________________________________________________ Can we have a door prize? Yes. Prizes, drawings, games are allowed in the exhibit hall. You can collect business cards at your booth and draw a winner or you may draw from the MAFP registration list. __________________________________________________________________________ Should I decorate my booth? The MAFP Awards Committee will judge the most outstanding exhibit (Best Exhibit). The winner will be given a complimentary exhibit fee for the 2009 Annual Meeting. This year’s theme is: _________________________________________________________________________ What is your cancellation policy? If a space is canceled after June 1, 2008, full payment for space will still be due and payable. If cancellation becomes necessary, MAFP will refund $250 of the exhibit fee ONLY IF WRITTEN PRIOR to June 1, 2008. If assigned space is not paid for in full by June 1, 2008, it may be reassigned to another exhibitor at the option of the MAFP Staff without refund and deposit. __________________________________________________________________________ Can we extend invitations to your attendees? In the interest of the success of the entire convention and exposition, the exhibitor agrees not to extend invitations, call meetings, or otherwise encourage absence of members or exhibitors from the convention or exhibit hall during the official hours of the convention or exposition, including hotel suites on or off premises during the date of the convention. However, this year we will have a free night where there will be no scheduled MAFP event to allow exhibitors to take physicians out. __________________________________________________________________________
