We would love to have your company exhibit with us to network with family physicians and other mid-level providers. We typically have 50 attendees at this event.

Exhibits are open from 7 am – 2 pm on Saturday. Typically most exhibitors pack up and leave after Saturday’s session, but if you would like to stay and exhibit Sunday you are welcome to do so. Attendees are offered incentives to visit each exhibitor during the event. After getting their exhibit cards stamped, they are eligible to win great prizes, including trips and cash.

The Inn at Ole Miss: This hotel is located on the campus of the University of Mississippi adjacent to the Grove, an 11-acre grassy park which is the site of on-campus tailgating. It is also located close to the campus football stadium and student union.

The Square in Downtown Oxford: The square (pictured above) features more than 100 shops, restaurants, entertainment venues, hotels and businesses. It is within walking distance of the hotel.

Optional Spouse Tour of Rowan Oak: Saturday 9 am. Transportation provided from The Inn at Ole Miss. Home to Oxford’s Nobel-Prize-winning author William Faulkner, Rowan Oak was built in 1848 and occupied by Faulkner from 1930 until his death in 1962. Each person pays their own $5 entry fee.

Trunk or Treat: Children can take part in the candy giveaway and games at the Boy Scouts Trunk or Treat which will take place the weekend of our conference at the National Guard Armory on Saturday, Oct. 29, from 2-5 pm.

Trolley Tour: Saturday, 3-4 pm. $15 per person. A 1-hour trolley tour with a local historian provides a trip through history, visiting points of interest on the University of Mississippi campus and around the city.
